Welcome to Mortgage Hall

Mortgage Hall is a beautiful farm located in Middleburg, Virginia in the heart of horse country.  The main focus is the racing program, including breaking and training, but we also offer full mare and foal care and boarding.  With an onsite equine massage therapist and a resident veterinarian, we are fully equipped to treat lay-ups as well. 

In addition, Mortgage Hall is the home of  Aaron's Gold, a stunning Thoroughbred stallion, who is proving himself as a race and show horse sire.  Please see the breeding link above or below for more information.

The facilities include 3 stables housing a total of 38 stalls, 140 acres of generous rolling pastures with all board fencing and spacious loafing sheds, an enclosed hot-walker, and our Aqua-Tread building.  The property lies adjacent to the Middleburg Training Center, accessible by an easy 2 minute walk through the woods.
